Exports and re-exports of ConocoPhillips (COP) products of U.S. origin (or products produced outside the U.S. but based on U.S. technology) are subject to U.S. export controls and sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) regulations. This site provides export control information on COP products. COP products may also be subject to Short Supply restrictions under the Export Administration Regulations of BIS and, in some instances, products can be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) of the DDTC. You may find the information on this page useful for determining the ability to export to particular locations or entities and for completing export or shipping documentation, recordkeeping, or post-shipment reporting. COP products of U.S. origin (or products produced outside the U.S. but based on U.S. technology) may not, as a general proposition, be exported or re-exported, either directly or indirectly, to any country embargoed by the U.S., or considered by the U.S. as a supporter of international terrorism without proper authorization from the U.S. Government.
Denied Persons
There may be persons or entities to whom COP products of U.S. origin (or products produced outside the U.S. but based on U.S. technology) may not be sold, exported or re-exported if such persons or entities are designated as prohibited or restricted by an agency of the U.S. government. Please review the BIS Web Site for guidance related to these lists.
Enhanced Proliferation Control Initiative
COP technology or products of U.S. origin (or products produced outside the U.S. but based on U.S. technology) may not be used directly or indirectly in the design, development, fabrication, or use of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons or missile technology without the appropriate U.S. government authorization.
